As a key player in the team, you will ensure that Turkisch-speaking players receive timely and effective support to enhance their gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional player support in Turkisch, primarily assisting with Supercell Games account inquiries
Respond to player questions and resolve issues related to account management, game features, and technical problems
Communicate with players through multiple channels, including email and chat
Document player interactions accurately to contribute to service improvements
Collaborate with other departments to relay player feedback and improve overall service quality
Stay informed about Supercell games and industry trends to offer knowledgeable support

Requirements

Fluency in Turkisch (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
Experience in customer support or player support roles, preferably within the gaming industry, is preferred
Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Supercell games is beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer service
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple player inquiries efficiently
Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to a new cultural environment
