About The Role

⭐ Main Goal

Create high-performing paid ad videos for user acquisition campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms

Responsibilities

Create engaging, fast-paced ad content with strong storytelling
Create motion graphics, visual effects, captions, music, and sound design as needed
Develop new creative concepts
Adapt content for different platforms and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, etc.)
Stay up to date with content trends and continuously suggest creative improvements

Requirements

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AI creative tools is a must:
Image: Midjourney, Seedream, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Flux / SDXL / LoRA (or similar)
Video: Kling AI, Veo, Runway, Pika, Seedance, HeyGen (or similar)
Voice / Audio: ElevenLabs, Suno AI (or similar)
Proven experience in motion design and video editing
Strong proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools
Strong understanding of visual composition, editing, sound, and motion graphics
Experience creating high-performing advertising creatives
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a huge advantage
Experience creating content for user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of viral content trends and audience retention strategies
