Product Lead (SportX / Provlepsi)

Wiztech Group is looking for a Product Lead to own SportX / Provlepsi, our sportsbook and prediction markets product. You'll define the product vision and roadmap, align cross-functional teams, and lead execution to deliver strong product and business results.

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Hybrid preferred). Remote may be considered for exceptional candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap across web and mobile
• Prioritize features and make product decisions based on user needs, business goals, data, and technical constraints
• Lead product initiatives from discovery to launch and measure their success
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Trading, and Business teams to deliver product goals
• Improve the player experience, onboarding, market discovery, trading flows, and engagement
• Use data and market insights to guide product decisions
• Turn complex sportsbook and trading concepts into simple user experiences
• Define and monitor key product and business KPIs

Requirements

• Proven Product Management experience in Sportsbook (required)
• Experience owning a product or major product area end-to-end
• Strong understanding of sportsbook and trading products
• Experience defining product strategy and managing roadmaps
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Track record of delivering measurable business impact
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Fluent English

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
