QA CRM Specialist at Wiztech — Limassol, Cyprus

About The Role

Wiztech is looking for a QA CRM Specialist to ensure all CRM campaigns, promotions, and customer communications are accurate, functional, compliant, and ready for launch. Acting as the final quality checkpoint before deployment, the role reviews campaign setups, automated customer journeys, promotional mechanics, and communications across all CRM channels to ensure a seamless customer experience

Key Responsibilities

Test and approve CRM campaigns before launch
Validate customer segmentation, campaign scheduling, bonus configurations, and promotional mechanics
Review and test customer communications across Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, Telegram, and On-site channels
Verify automated customer journeys, onboarding, retention, reactivation, and VIP campaigns
Ensure campaign quality, accuracy, and compliance with Responsible Gambling policies and regulatory requirements
Identify, document, and report defects while maintaining QA documentation and testing records
Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, VIP, Product, Compliance, Support, and Development teams to ensure successful campaign delivery

Requirements

2+ years of experience in QA, CRM Quality Assurance, or a similar role within the iGaming industry
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, campaign management tools, and customer segmentation
Strong understanding of CRM lifecycle management, Online Casino, Sports Betting, and bonus systems
Experience testing promotions, wagering requirements, cashback, free spins, and sportsbook offers
Basic HTML knowledge and strong Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills
Strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
Good written and spoken English
