About The Role

Help keep our transport operations safe, compliant and running smoothly across Petstock's retail, warehouse and distribution network.

At Petstock, we are passionate about making a positive impact for pets, their people and the planet. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Transport Compliance & Operations Coordinator to support our Retail Operations, Warehousing and Transport teams.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring transport operations remain safe, compliant and efficient while providing visibility of risks, performance and improvement opportunities across multiple sites.

How You will Make an Impact

  • Coordinate daily transport operations to support safe, compliant and efficient delivery outcomes.
  • Support compliance with NHVR, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and fatigue management requirements.
  • Coordinate vehicle inspections, fleet administration and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct site audits, workplace inspections and operational reviews to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Support incident investigations and corrective actions to drive safer outcomes.
  • Monitor operational compliance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate driver inductions and contractor compliance requirements.
  • Prepare reporting, track actions and provide insights on compliance, safety and operational performance.
  • Partner with Retail, Warehouse, Transport and Safety teams to promote a strong safety and compliance culture.

The difference You will Bring

  • Experience in transport, logistics, warehousing, retail operations or a similar operational environment.
  • Previous experience in a compliance, coordination or operational support role.
  • Knowledge of NHVR, Chain of Responsibility and transport compliance requirements is highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience conducting audits, inspections or compliance reviews.
  • Strong problem-solving and investigation skills.
  • High attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • A proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
