• To support its growth in the Netherlands 🇳🇱, Energy Pool is hiring a Sales Engineer (F/M) on a permanent contract.

• Identify and qualify new prospects 
• Present our comprehensive range of services
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships 🤝
• Ensure clear and regular communication, particularly on financial performance
• Retain and renew existing contracts
• Understand client needs and propose relevant additional solutions
• Manage your activity through the CRM to ensure rigorous project tracking

✅ Your profile

• Degree from an engineering school or business school
• Strong interest in technical topics related to energy ⚡
• Comfortable working in industrial and/or renewable energy environments
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B business development
• Strong skills in both prospecting and client retention
• Comfortable with both technical and commercial negotiation 💬
• Language skills:
• 🇬🇧 English (C1)
• 🇳🇱 Dutch (C1)
• French would be a plus

• Frequent travels are expected (approximately 30% of the time) at both regional and national levels.
