Your Role
- You will be providing effective administrative support to the department and Aspire Defence Services Limited management, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within contractual timescales.
- Manage the implementation of the new Telematics through to fruition, including Telematics billing, engineer visit costs, throughout the contract terms.
- You will be maintaining and updating databases, records, registers and documentation, producing correspondence in line with company and Defence writing standards.
- You will be supporting financial and fleet administration activities, including expenditure monitoring, recharge reviews, utilisation reporting, tax return collation and dashboard maintenance.
- You will be collating, monitoring and reporting data for units, brigades and the Chain of Command, while escalating service-impact issues where required.
- You will be contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting telematics implementation projects and maintaining compliance with health, safety, environmental and security requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: You will have five GCSEs or equivalent qualifications and are proficient to advanced experience using Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience: You will have significant experience in an administrative role, experience managing expenditure, cross-charges and re-charges, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation.
- Skills: You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong literacy and information technology skills, the ability to prioritise workloads, work proactively, use initiative and maintain a professional approach.
