This is a deeply client-facing role. Your primary responsibility is working hands-on with modern in-house legal teams to help them adopt, scale, and extract real value from Chamelio’s legal intelligence platform. https://www.welcometothejungle.com/en/companies/ivo-ai-inc/jobs/head-of-customer-success_san-francisco

You will be a day-to-day partner to customers. You’ll lead onboarding and training, help teams operationalize their legal knowledge, solve real legal operations challenges, and ensure customers see impact quickly and consistently.
