WORK YOU’LL DO

As a Strategy & Consulting Consultant , you will use your excellent analytical skills and imagination to solve the business problems of our clients within the Energy/ Utilities/ Resources industries and identify and unlock value for them through the innovative application of key digital trends and business and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Driving large transformation projects to help clients change for the future
• Engaging directly with clients on their most challenging business issues – understanding, addressing and solving their priority strategic & operational problems
• Working with a high performing team and helping our clients drive profitability and performance through aligning to the right long-term operating model
• Leveraging Accenture’s international assets and expertise to bring new ideas to the clients
• Working with the business users to perform business analysis
• Providing project management and change management support on large scale transformation projects
• Working in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, propose, communicate and implement various programs
• People management/ coaching and Client Management

As a Strategy & Consulting Analyst , you will use your excellent analytical skills and imagination to solve the business problems of our clients within the Energy/ Utilities/ Resources industries and identify and unlock value for them through the innovative application of key digital trends and business and technology solutions.

• Working in large transformation projects, to help clients change for the future
• Engaging directly with clients on their most challenging business issues – understanding, addressing, solving their priority operational problems
• Understanding client's processes and business requirements and supporting business process re-engineering activities
• Providing project management and change management support on large scale transformation projects.
• Working in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, propose, communicate and implement various programs

WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR?

• BSc with distinction or honors from a Top University, preferably in business, computer science, technology, or engineering
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in consulting firms – Experience in the Energy & Resources sector will be considered as an asset
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Business acumen and understanding of the key business concepts to find the best way to help our clients
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels in Greek and English
• Strong problem structuring and solving skills
• Demonstrable experience in managing teams
