General/Helper Food Services Clerk

As a General Helper/Food Service Clerk , reporting to the Food Services Director, you will perform a variety of clerical tasks within the food services function. This position requires excellent customer service skills, auditing skills,  attention to detail and is an essential contributor to excellent patient experience.

Your work will include

• Receive and fill any new menu as per request logged
• Stock station requirements
• General station productions, chopping, baking, assembling and packaging goods
• Complete customer order request
• Assist other stations in down time
• General cleaning and sanitization duties, sweeping, mopping
• Temperature check food, beverages and record. Maintain records
• Understanding of POS system

• WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Foodservice experience in education
• Evening and weekend availability is a must!
• A clear criminal background check is required for this role 
• Food Handler Certification is required
• Allergen Safety Certification is required
• 1-2 years minimum in Food Service Industry
