Tactical Tax - Assistant Manager

Job Description Summary

Tactical tax ensures tax strategy execution and compliance across assigned companies, monitor tax liabilities and drive tax optimization in assigned companies, and representing companies to Tax Office and relevant Authorities in Tax Resolution (e.g, SP2DK, Tax Audit, Objection, Appeal, etc).

Job Description

• Implementation of Tax Strategy and Business Plan in accordance with taxation.
• Maximize utilization of tax incentives provided by the Indonesian Government.
• Representing companies to Tax Office and relevant Authorities.
• Together with Tax Resolution, to be in charge in Tax Resolution cases such as Tax Audit, Tax Objection, Tax Appeal in Tax Court and Supreme Court.
• Monitor and review tax liabilities, annual and monthly tax compliance reporting, and tax restitution regularly.
• Report annual CIT via coretax.
• Advise BU related to taxation and customs matters.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of work experience in Taxation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Background from Big 4 is an advantage
• Having Brevet and USKP are an advantage
