Job Purpose Functional Role: Sr. RM/Relationship Manager – Renewable Energy Qualification: Any Graduate / Preferred PG/ MBA / CA Vertical: Agri Banking Location: Multiple Locations Department: Sales Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience in working capital/project financing/Renewable energy sector Functional Competencies: To have a good understanding of credit, financial statements, ratios, business and project models to ensure health growth rate with a robust quality book Develop and maintain strong working relations with all the govt depts, EPC, manufacturers for better engagement and exploring business relationship. Behavioral Competencies: Should have good analytical skills People Management Skills Good written and verbal communication skills Good presentation and negotiation skills Good networking skills Eye for detail and identification of early warning signals. Job Responsibilities: Financial To source maximum renewable energy projects to achieve his disbursement targets. To ensure to maintain highest level of service to the clients and support systems. To source CASA acquisition of customers To monitor the portfolio closely and to ensure all type of compliances, maximize yield, delinquency, and fee income target is duly met Non-Financial Responsibilities Should meet all the Govt dept, DISCOM, EPC in his catchment and establish relationship with them To identify and chase the opportunities within the territory to convert deal. Timely execution of ESCROW account/LC collection. To monitor the customer origination and delinquency closely Compliance & Risk Responsibilities Manage the existing loan portfolio to ensure timely DCCO achievement, power generation as per project, establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with Bank credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to an acceptable level.
