About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and personable

Patient & Administrative Coordinator

to provide onsite administrative support during seasonal flu vaccination clinics.

This is a non-clinical, patient-facing position that works alongside our nursing team to help create an organized, welcoming and efficient clinic experience. The coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for patients while helping manage check-in, paperwork, communication and patient flow throughout the clinic.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare or wellness environment.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and check in patients.
  • Help patients complete required forms.
  • Keep patient flow organized.
  • Direct patients to the appropriate nurse.
  • Answer basic non-clinical questions.
  • Assist nurses with simple administrative tasks.
  • Help keep the check-in area organized.
  • This position does not administer vaccines or perform clinical procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, front desk, administrative support or a patient-facing environment.
  • Healthcare, medical office, wellness clinic or patient registration experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and welcoming approach when interacting with patients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining an efficient workflow.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Basic computer and administrative skills.
  • Reliable and punctual for scheduled clinic assignments.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow established privacy requirements.

Schedule

  • This is a flexible per diem/as-needed position supporting seasonal flu clinics.
  • There is no guaranteed minimum number of hours or shifts. Individuals may accept available assignments based on their availability.
