Project Engineer/C&S Engineer/Architectural Coordinator

• $3,800 – $5,500 per month (commensurate with experience)

• Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.
• Verify site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards.
• Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants.
• Oversee projects, ensuring adherence to contract terms and regulatory specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.
• Proficient in basic Autocad software.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Commitment to handling construction projects.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
