About the Company

Adrian Magnus is an international producer and distributor of premium cigars, working with high-quality products from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. We are expanding our B2B sales into the United States and European markets and are building a dedicated remote sales team based in our Panama office.

Purpose of the Role

Lead and grow Adrian Magnus's B2B sales into the US (and European) markets through structured, remote, phone-based selling — while building, training, supervising and holding accountable a team of sales agents. The role owns the sales pipeline, KPIs, forecasting and conversion performance for these markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales remotely — primarily by phone — to retailers, specialty stores, lounges, wholesalers and distributors in the US and Europe.
• Build, train, coach and supervise a team of remote sales executives; drive discipline, accountability and conversion.
• Design, set and enforce sales KPIs: call activity, conversion rates, pipeline value, sales per agent and forecast accuracy.
• Build and maintain the sales process, phone scripts and objection-handling playbooks; manage CRM, pipeline stages and data discipline.
• Produce sales forecasts and performance reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics on order flow, inventory limits and invoicing to ensure reliable fulfillment.
• Remote / phone-based sales experience — proven, hands-on. This is the core of the role.
• Minimum 3 years of personal, hands-on sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervising / managing a sales team — a hard requirement. The candidate must have led a team of salespeople. Even if they have not personally sold in recent years, demonstrated team-supervision experience is still mandatory.
• Team building and KPI ownership — proven experience managing a team and setting, tracking and enforcing KPIs.
• Fluent English — working language for US/European B2B sales.
• Able to work on-site from the Panama office.
