National Manager - DSMG - Retail Finance - X Bucket Strategy, Budget and Data Analytics - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - SM

1. Put in place the basic strategy and execution plan for the team.
2. Control GNPA and credit costs as per target.
3. Collection efficiency in various buckets as per the target.
4. Manage cost of collection in line with the target.
5. Collection of ODC/ fee income in line with the target.
6. Collaborate with the legal team in order to get requisite support for recovery of delinquent accounts.
7. Manage allocation and performance of agencies.
8. Compliances to various internal policies and processes.
9. Drive various initiatives e.g IT within the team.
10. Ensure regular training within the team and agencies toward TCOC and other compliances.

Qualification : Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline
