Chef de Partie (Continental Cuisine - Hot & Cold)

Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Continental Cuisine – Hot & Cold to join the private culinary team of a VIP Family in Abu Dhabi, UAE . This position offers an excellent opportunity to prepare and present high-quality Continental dishes in a private and luxurious household setting, while maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Continental hot and cold dishes according to the family's preferences and dietary requirements.
• Manage the assigned hot and cold sections , ensuring smooth and efficient food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, salads, cold appetizers, soups, and main courses as required.
• Ensure excellent food quality, taste, freshness, and presentation at all times.
• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Manage proper food storage, stock rotation, and ingredient availability.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to prepare daily menus and special meals.
• Adapt dishes and preparation methods to meet the family's specific preferences and requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Continental Cuisine – Hot & Cold .
• Strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques and hot and cold food preparation .
• Experience in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, private household, or VIP environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen standards .
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on food quality and presentation.
• Discretion, professionalism, reliability, and flexibility are essential.
• Can attend a 1-day trial in Abu Dhabi, UAE , if required.

Benefits

Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000 plus accommodation, and all other benefits as per UAE labour laws.
