Senior Accountant

• -財務諸表等の作成・分析等（日本及び米国会計基準）
• -税務（税務調査等対応、税理士法人とともに各種申告書作成、各種届出提出等）
• -各種プロジェクトのサポート
• -税金関係等の支払業務、関係諸官庁への報告書等の作成、文書整理・管理等の業務対応。
• -J GAAP (and US GAAP) financial statements' preparation and analysis
• -Tax filings' preparation (CIT, JCT, WHT, Office tax, Property tax, etc,)
• -Other tax related filings (Notifiction of change, Double tax treaty, etc.)
• -Tax payments' operation by e-tax and el-tax
• -Tax audit coordination and attendance as SPOC
• -Business analysis and advising in respect of accounting and tax
• -Various reporting to governmental bodies (including BOJ report)
• -Coordination of shareholders' meeting with legal team
• -Participation in global projects
• -Document retention

Qualifications

• -経理業務経験５年以上（税務経験もあればベター）
• -PCスキル(中級以上のExcel, Word,その他のDigital tools等)
• -中級レベルの英語力（読み書きに加えてVerbal Communication能力も必要）
• -ネイティブレベルの日本語力（会話、読み書き）
• -SAP、Oracle等のERP使用経験があれば尚可
• -Self Starter（詳細な指示等がなくても自ら積極的に学び、前向きに対応できる能力が求められる）
• -適切なコミュニケーション能力
• -More than 5 years' experiences for accounting as well as tax
• -Hands-on audit experiences (tax and statutory audit, etc.)
• -M&A experience will be plus
• -PC skill (mid level) and hands-on Digitalization/Automation experiences
• -Fluency in Japanese (Japanese native is mandatory)
• -Fluency in business level English
• -SAP experience will be plus
• -Self starter
• -Good communication skill

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
