About the Role
We are hiring a Project Coordinator / Project Manager to support U.S.-based MEP construction and VDC projects from coordination through fabrication and installation.
This role is ideal for a construction professional with experience working for a general contractor, mechanical/plumbing subcontractor, or MEP construction company. The successful candidate will coordinate BIM deliverables, project documentation, fabrication workflows, and communication between field, fabrication, engineering, and project teams.
A strong understanding of constructability, MEP systems, Revit-based coordination, and construction execution is essential. This is not a general administrative project management role—it requires direct involvement in technical construction projects and MEP coordination.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate MEP construction and VDC projects, schedules, deliverables, and priorities.
- Support plumbing, piping, HVAC, and other MEP coordination workflows.
- Review Revit models, shop drawings, fabrication layouts, spools, and installation documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, BIM teams, fabricators, and field personnel.
- Track RFIs, submittals, clashes, revisions, action items, and project status.
- Identify constructability issues and help develop practical solutions for fabrication and installation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Participate in coordination meetings and provide clear updates to project stakeholders.
- Use Revit to review and coordinate models and project documentation.
- 4+ years of experience in construction project coordination or project management.
- Background with a general contractor, construction manager, or MEP subcontractor.
- Experience working on U.S. construction projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP construction, BIM coordination, fabrication, or installation workflows.
- Proficiency using Revit for model review and coordination.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, fabrication documents, RFIs, and construction documentation.
- Strong understanding of constructability and field-oriented project execution.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organization, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours.
