Interested in starting a career in Food & Beverage? Join our Fine Dining team as a Food Service Assistant or Busser and gain valuable experience in an upscale dining environment while learning from experienced hospitality professionals.

Fine dining is about creating memorable experiences. As a Food Service Assistant , we're looking for motivated, guest-focused individuals who take pride in excellent service, attention to detail, and working as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. In these roles, you'll support service operations by assisting with dining room setup, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, supporting servers, and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience from start to finish.

This seasonal, part-time position is available immediately through January 9, 2027. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required. High-performing team members may be considered for a regular On-Call or Part-Time position following the seasonal assignment.

• Support servers in providing attentive and personalized guest service.
• Maintain clean, polished, and properly set dining tables.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while upholding fine dining standards.
• Keep service stations stocked, organized, and ready throughout service.
• Assist with water service, bread service, and other guest needs as directed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining room.
• Work closely with servers, hosts, bartenders, and culinary team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Learn the details of fine dining operations and service excellence.
