About The Role
Role
- Participate in structured rotations across assigned business functions.
- Support day-to-day operational and client-related activities under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Assist in client servicing, claims management, placement activities, and other assigned business functions.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Participate in projects that support business objectives and operational improvements.
- Attend internal and external training courses, workshops, and certification programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to gain broad business exposure.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Apply knowledge gained through training to support business operations and client service delivery.

Requirements
- Saudi National.
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.
- Recent graduate or graduate with limited professional experience.
- Academic background in one of the following disciplines:
- Insurance
- Risk Management
- Finance
- Business Administration
- Engineering
- Energy
- Medicine
- Actuarial Science
- Other relevant disciplines.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong learning agility and adaptability.
- Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
- Interest in the insurance and risk management industry.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
