The Opportunity
As the Senior Project Manager: AI Transformation , you will lead the charge in delivering AI-centric business process transformation across our client and agency teams. You will act as the vital bridge between emerging agentic technologies and day-to-day agency workflows—partnering with teams to seamlessly integrate AI tools, set operational expectations, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and accelerate adoption. Reporting into the central AI Transformation team, you will hold direct accountability for adoption rates, process efficiencies, and outcomes-based integration results.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary voice of the user (client teams) within the AI Transformation team, aligning central product capabilities directly to agency team use cases and client deliverables.
- Aggregate and synthesize client feedback to derive actionable user insights that directly influence future product and feature roadmap development.
- Lead end-to-end rollouts of new AI-driven experiences and UAT phases, working cross-functionally to identify workflow bottlenecks and optimize existing processes.
- Enforce rigid governance and compliance protocols regarding key data sharing and agent configurations across all client-facing stakeholders.
- Drive prioritization for upgrades, migrations, and feature releases by translating agency feedback into engineering requirements with Product and Engineering partners.
- Institutionalize key learnings by conducting structured post-mortems and updating client playbooks with robust best practices.
- Proactively evolve agency workflows as generative and agentic technologies advance, keeping client teams at the forefront of marketing innovation.
- Support teams transitioning to new technology by distilling complex, technical platform features into simple, practical, and highly digestible solutions.
- Translate abstract technical capabilities into compelling, business-focused use cases that demonstrate clear, outcomes-based ROI.
- Communicate crisply and strategically with executive leaders, clients, and corporate sponsors, managing risks and escalations with absolute poise.
- Partner closely with client accounts to author high-impact case studies that showcase Omnicom as the industry pioneer in AI-driven agency performance.
Qualification and Leadership Qualities
- 8–12+ years of experience in program delivery, project management, or operations within media technology, agency environments, ad tech, or enterprise AI solution deployment.
- Expert-level stakeholder management with a proven track record of influencing senior executives and C-suite leadership.
- High cognitive agility and technical curiosity with deep practical experience utilizing leading LLMs, AI agents, and productivity copilots.
- Absolute mastery of project management frameworks and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable , Smartsheet, Jira); strong financial acumen including business case formulation and cost-value tracking.
- Deep comprehension of media planning, buying, and creative workflows , including data integrations, ad operations, and cross-channel platforms.
- A proven ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations , managing ambiguity and making sound, high-stakes trade-off decisions.
- Prior experience within a major agency holding company or large-scale digital agency network (highly preferred).
