What we’re looking for

We’re specifically looking for experienced pub and hospitality professionals who can bring

• Previous management or leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality environment
• Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
• The ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
• Good commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance and KPIs
• A hands-on leadership style and passion for delivering great customer experiences
• Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other relevant qualifications required for the role
