Senior Operations Business Analyst (2nd shift)

Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Senior Operations Business Analyst supports QVC Group , and helps drive better operations and supply chain decisions through advanced analytics, forecasting insights, and data-led problem solving.

In this role, you’ll work on complex operational challenges that directly influence forecasting, inventory decisions, supply chain performance, and business outcomes. You’ll turn large, complex datasets into clear insights, practical recommendations, and scalable analytical solutions that help teams make faster, smarter decisions.

You’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders across the business, while working independently on high-impact initiatives. This is a strong fit for someone who brings deep analytical expertise, operates with ownership, and wants to apply advanced analytics to real operational and supply chain questions.

Where You'll Work

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Wielicka 30, Kraków several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
• This role requires you to work 2nd shift hours aligned to the US business day , with a typical start time of around 1:00 p.m.

What You'll Do

• Build advanced analytical models to improve forecasting, inventory placement, and supply chain performance
• Design and automate recurring predictive and prescriptive reporting to support operational decision-making
• Analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into clear recommendations for business stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and operational outcomes
• Support high-impact initiatives across operations and supply chain by connecting business needs, data, and analytical solutions
• Prepare clear, executive-ready insights and materials for business reviews and leadership discussions
• Identify risks, surface improvement opportunities, and recommend practical solutions to complex business problems
• Share analytical best practices and support less experienced analysts as a subject matter resource

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics, or supply chain analytics
• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with data modeling
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, or a similar programming language
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations concepts, including forecasting and inventory management
• Experience solving complex business problems using analytics, modeling, and structured thinking
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and present insights to senior stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage complex work with a high level of ownership
• Availability to work 2nd shift hours aligned to US working hours

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning models in operations or supply chain.
• Experience working in large, global organizations.
