Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior leadership, while also assisting with events, projects, and business initiatives.
The role requires a proactive, adaptable, and highly organised individual who can manage day-to-day priorities, respond to changing business needs, handle confidential information with discretion, and provide reliable support across a variety of ad hoc requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, expenses, and confidential documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and administrative documents.
- Manage CRM updates, records, and general business administration.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support planning and delivery of events, conferences, and meetings.
- Coordinate event logistics including schedules, suppliers, registrations, speakers, and attendee communications.
- Support live event delivery and liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain event trackers, budgets, invoices, and post-event reporting.
- Conduct research and provide ad hoc support as required.

- Strong administrative, organisational, and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to build effective relationships with senior executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible approach with the ability to support occasional events outside normal working hours.
Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum High School Diploma / GCSE.
- 2+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Events Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience supporting senior executives and coordinating events is preferred.
