Founding Sales Development Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a founding SDR position on the Growth team, focused on building and owning pipeline for a voice AI platform with strong market demand. You will help shape the sales playbook and establish repeatable go-to-market motions from the ground up, with a clear path toward full-cycle deal ownership as you demonstrate results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting to drive significant revenue growth.
• Identify, research, and engage the right prospects across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Build and manage relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain CRM tooling and manage pipeline with discipline and accuracy.
• Shape the company's GTM motion, build a repeatable sales process, and continuously refine outreach strategies.
• Contribute to hiring and developing the broader sales team and playbook.
• Progress into owning and closing deals end-to-end based on strong performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Direct sales experience in a startup or fast-moving environment.
• A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets or KPIs.
• Comfort running high-volume outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn while managing CRM pipeline.
• Strong business acumen to understand the problems and needs of different companies.
• Hands-on, scrappy approach with a willingness to do the unglamorous work that builds real pipeline.
• Near-native German (C2) and strong professional English (B2 to C1).
• Motivation and potential to grow rapidly into full-cycle deal ownership.
• Collaborative, communicative, hungry, and low-ego, fitting a high-energy team environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: 75,000 to 120,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

LOCATION

On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week. Candidates must be based in Berlin or able to relocate.
