Administration Assistant- UAE National

To provide ongoing support to administrative services and shoulder all the administrative responsibilities as functionally required by the Manager and the others concerned in the department

• Functional Roles and Responsibilities
• Answer telephone calls, screen and divert or take messages for the staff and also greet and direct customers to the concerned staff and deal with the basic queries from the walk-in customers
• Arrange to distribute incoming mail to relevant departments and handle outgoing mails, couriers and postage for the departments.
• Receive stationary requisitions from the internal departments, issue them, and maintain an ongoing record of the issued stock.
• Monitor the utilization of stationary, consumables etc and order stocks to replenish the optimum levels for the office and pantry.
• Allocate costs on the basis of the bills received for stationary , consumables, postage etc to the respective departments
• Provide all necessary support and assist the managers in drafting and processing letters , faxing etc and liaise with Suppliers/vendors on behalf of ATTA Maintain necessary documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/information.
• Maintain and update all necessary records, files and database.

• Years of Experience 0-2 years experience in the travel industry or in an Admin role
• Knowledge and Skills Computer literacy with knowledge of basic MS Excel
• Good Communication skills
