Driver - Goods Vehicle

Job Purpose

The main responsibilities of the job incumbent will be to ensure the delivery of products at different locations in a safe and timely manner.

Main Responsibilities

• -
• Complete multiple deliveries and collections of goods
• -
• Prioritize workload to ensure time commitments are met
• -
• Ensure correct completion of paperwork
• -
• Assist helpers in the loading and unloading of the vehicle
• -
• Ensure that the team follows Health & Safety practices and that only work allowing for such conformity is performed
• -
• Ensure that goods are safely secured
• -
• Keeping vehicle in good condition

Profile

• Minimum SC or equivalent certificate

• -
• Experience in a similar work environment would be an advantage
• -
• Holder of a valid driving license (P/Car for 2.5T and Goods Vehicles License for vehicles above 3.5T)
• -
• Physically fit and healthy and good eyesight
• -
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• -
• Willing to work odd hours
• -
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
