Job Description
Hybrid: remote working is possible at times, but the role requires at least 3 days a week in office location.
Ready to launch your career in Customer Success? As a Customer Success Associate (CSA), you'll be right at the heart of HSP Group's customer experience — the person who keeps things moving, anticipates what clients need, and helps businesses expand around the world.
You'll work directly with customers across different regions, building the relationships and know-how that keep them happy and growing with us. This is a genuine launchpad: a chance to build real skills, make an impact, and grow within Customer Success and the wider organization.
If you're a recent graduate (or early-career professional) who loves solving problems, talking to people, and learning fast — and you're genuinely curious about the global expansion industry and how our technology and services make it possible — we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Know our customers. Research client industries and business activities so you can support customers with real insight and anticipate their needs.
- Own service reviews. Run regular customer service review meetings — proactively preparing agendas, supporting documents, and reporting so every conversation lands well.
- Be the go-to. Field ad hoc customer queries and bring in the right teams whenever there's an escalation — or an opportunity to add more value through service add-ons.
- Capture what matters. Attend meetings, record clear and accurate minutes, and distribute them to the right internal and external stakeholders promptly.
- Turn data into direction. Generate and maintain reports on customer-centric operations, surfacing insights and recommending process improvements while keeping deadlines on track.
- Build relationships. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders — customers, local partners, and internal teams alike.
- Keep the engine running. Manage Salesforce administration and updates for customer interactions and account activity.
- Get the details right. Review invoice outputs from HSP Finance against customer agreements, resolve discrepancies with the relevant experts, and liaise with billing/finance to ensure accuracy.
- Roll with it. Take on other tasks as they arise in support of the Customer Success team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications
- An energetic, confident graduate with a keen interest in international business. Evidence of professional-services experience (such as internships in accounting, consulting, or law) is a plus.
- Alternatively, 1–2 years' experience in a customer or consulting support role within professional services (management consulting, accountancy, tax, HR, or legal).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; additional language fluency is a bonus.
- Proactive, responsive, and self-motivated, with a strong customer-service ethic.
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently and effectively.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Skills and Competences
- Dependability. A consistent performer with a positive attitude, who listens well and collaborates across the organization.
- Organization. Strong project management, with the ability to proactively follow up and deliver results.
- Solution orientation. A focus on identifying and addressing the root cause of issues.
- Self-motivation. Detail-oriented, driven, and reliable in meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication. Confident communicating with senior personnel, both internal and external.
- Adaptability. Flexible and able to thrive in an evolving environment.
- Teamwork. Works well in a team and actively contributes to shared success.
- Assertiveness. Assertive yet tactful, able to manage multiple business relationships effectively.
