About The Role
Job Summary
You will act as the interface for e-axle related work, cooperate with E&E team to complete vehicle startup support, optimize powertrain performance, troubleshoot on-site communication faults and analyze DTC faults to guarantee vehicle powertrain functions and performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for e-axle system calibration and vehicle startup support, proficient in using INCA, CANalyzer and other calibration & bus analysis tools. Serve as the e-axle liaison to coordinate with E&E team to carry out vehicle startup test, function verification and issue closure, ensure stable and reliable vehicle startup performance.
- Complete calibration development for motor and powertrain domain, conduct bench and vehicle calibration, support powertrain performance tuning, control strategy optimization and software iteration to meet project performance targets.
- With solid automotive E&E knowledge, utilize electronic testing equipment and data analysis methods to identify, analyze and resolve on-board bus communication faults, deliver analysis reports and drive corrective actions.
- Master the control logic of three-electric systems (battery, motor, MCU), independently conduct DTC reading, interpretation and root cause analysis to eliminate powertrain related faults during vehicle tests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Vehicle Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Automotive Electronics or related disciplines.
 • 5+ years working experience in new energy vehicle powertrain/motor calibration with complete project delivery experience.
- Skilled in INCA, CANalyzer, with practical experience supporting vehicle startup calibration work.
- Solid E&E fundamentals, familiar with CAN/LIN vehicle bus, capable of on-site communication fault diagnosis via testing instruments and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of three-electric system logic, capable of independent DTC fault analysis and root cause tracing.
- Good command of English reading and writing; basic oral English for daily technical communication.
- Strong logical analysis, cross-team communication and problem-solving skills; able to work at test sites and adapt to vehicle testing schedules.
