JOB DESCRIPTION

You will work alongside key team members to support the client relationship, strategy, media and insights/reporting. You’ll work hard to engage and create rapport with key decision makers on the client side as well as serve as a liaison between agency and client. You’re the client’s mouthpiece, earpiece, and champion. You’ll help support and define the following:

• Client goals and objectives
• Strategy and media placement
• Monitoring and reporting of campaign performance
• Project Deadlines

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Services

Will facilitate the relationship between Epicosity and client. They will work directly with your assigned account executive(s) as well as defined clients to define scope of work, work in conjunction with the traffic manager and production team to ensure projects / tasks are completed on time, within budget and scope.

Growth Strategy

The student will develop and strategy for the client by looking at client and industry trends. They will evaluate the results of the set strategy and help with reporting to client. Additional strategy efforts will include support the Director of Insights and Strategy on baseline research and support for competitive analysis, brand audit and other insights projects that help guide overall decision making on behalf of the client.

Media

The student will develop a media plan for the client, ensuring we are delivering the best results for the client’s budget. Media trafficking, campaign set up, reporting and invoice reconciliation are also part of this role.
