Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related technical field; Master's degree or PhD preferred • 12+ years of

progressive experience in semiconductor product engineering leadership roles • 5+ years of executive management experience leading engineering organizations

  • Extensive experience with enterprise product strategies, yield management, and quality excellence • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment

required • International experience leading product engineering across multiple regions preferred
