Our Honda service facility completed a 10+ bay expansion last year and is currently undergoing a full service drive renovation — state-of-the-art equipment, modern facilities, and high-volume car count.
$75,000–$100,000+ per year
Flat-rate pay based on technician skill level, automotive certifications, and job performance. Top producers earn above $100,000.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform complex diagnostic evaluations and precision repairs across all vehicle systems — engine, transmission, electrical, ADAS, and more.
- Utilize the latest OEM diagnostic tools and software for accurate, efficient repairs.
- Examine customer vehicles, identify necessary repairs, and estimate costs.
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance to Honda and dealership standards.
- Document all services performed and record hours accurately in the timekeeping system.
- Request necessary parts and follow manufacturer service guidelines on all repairs.
- Maintain CSI scores at or above company standards.
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Participate in required training and stay current on Honda updates and certifications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent; automotive technology training preferred.
- A/B level technician with 5+ years of dealership or high-volume shop experience.
- Proven expertise in advanced diagnostics — driveability, electrical, and HVAC.
- Valid driver's license required.
- OEM manufacturer certifications preferred (Honda, Acura, or similar imports).
- ASE certifications a plus — A1 through A8.
- Experience with hybrid and EV systems preferred
- EPA 609 refrigerant certification preferred
- Thorough knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and technical manuals
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including Saturdays and holidays
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is based primarily in the service area and involves movement around vehicles, working in various physical positions, and the safe operation of power tools and test equipment. May be exposed to loud noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, and other service and repair conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Regular interaction with customers, service advisors, and the service manager. Full-time position averaging 40 hours per week.
