European Investment Advisor - UAE Based

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its multinational team and looking for experienced European Investment Advisors already based in the UAE to join our growing Dubai operation.

We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals with a proven sales background who understand the UAE market and are ready to build a long-term career in Dubai real estate.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, luxury sales, or a strong sales environment
• European background or European language skills preferred
• Currently based in the UAE
• UAE/Dubai real estate experience is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 50%–70% commission structure
