Enclave Real Estate is expanding its growing Dubai team and looking for experienced Investment Advisors to join our multinational sales environment.We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals with a proven sales background who are ready to build a successful career in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, property sales, or a strong sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• UAE/Dubai real estate experience is preferred
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated and target-driven mindset
• 50%–70% commission structure
