Your responsibilities

  • Analyze customer documentation and Bills of Materials (BOM).
  • Collect, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations for components and materials.
  • Prepare accurate and timely cost calculations and pricing proposals for projects and the Sales team.
  • Work closely with component purchasing specialists and technical teams.
  • Maintain and update pricing templates, cost models, and databases.
  • Suggest alternative components to optimize cost, availability, and lead time.
  • Support indirect procurement activities when required (tools, samples, services).
  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement, pricing, supply, or costing roles (experience in the electronics industry is a strong advantage).
  • Understanding of BOM structures, electronic components, and key pricing drivers.
  • Strong analytical mindset and solid Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • English proficiency at B2–C1 level, enabling confident communication with international suppliers and preparation of documentation in English.

Salary

Recognizing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from €16/hour - €20/hour ( € 2,700 – 3,300 per month ) before taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

The employment contract states a fixed hourly salary before taxes.
