Finance Associate - AP

You will be a key member of the Finance team, owning day-to-day expense management and supporting month-end reconciliation activities. This role starts as a hands-on expense and reconciliation specialist and evolves into an agent supervisor as automated workflows are built out and handed over, while also supporting broader day-to-day accounting activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Expense Management

• Administer Float for daily credit card transaction coding and semi-monthly employee reimbursement reviews
• Manage wellness stipend reimbursement review cycle
• Support ongoing expense process controls and system integrity
• Respond to ad hoc requests from Finance and other stakeholders as priorities shift

General Accounting Support

• Post basic bank journal entries and support daily bank transaction activity
• Support selected U.S. entity balance sheet reconciliations at month-end
• Assist in audit and tax preparation by pulling system-generated data sets

WHAT SKILLS YOU NEED

• 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with AP processes
• Comfort working in cloud-based finance tools (Float, NetSuite, Stripe, Zip or similar)
• Strong attention to detail with a bias toward building systems over repeating manual tasks
• Ability to prioritize across multiple high-frequency workflows in a fast-paced environment

This position consolidates AP and payroll responsibilities that currently span multiple team members. The opportunity isn't just to maintain these workflows. It's to improve them. We expect this hire to automate 50%+ of routine tasks, freeing up time for higher-value reconciliation work.
