• Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an established care provider looking for a Registered Care Home Manager to lead one of their residential services in Stockport.

The Role

• You'll be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, leading the team, maintaining compliance and creating a positive environment for residents and staff alike.
• You'll have the freedom to make decisions, improve the service and put your own stamp on the home, whilst being supported by an experienced senior management team.

Your responsibilities will include

• Leading and developing the staff team
• Maintaining CQC compliance and quality standards
• Supporting recruitment, retention and staff development
• Managing budgets and service performance
• Building strong relationships with residents, families and professionals
• Driving continuous improvement across the home
• Ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care and support

About You

• You might already be a Registered Manager.
• Or you could be a Deputy Manager who's been carrying a lot of responsibility and is ready for the opportunity you've earned.
• Most importantly, you'll be someone who leads by example, communicates well and genuinely cares about delivering great outcomes.

You'll ideally have

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience in a management or deputy management role within adult social care
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
• Good leadership and people management skills
• A Full UK Driving Licence
