CHALLENGES
As Product Marketing Manager – Payment, your mission is to position our payment solutions as the essential final step in the end-to-end journey of corporate lodging and meetings. You’ll define and execute the go-to-market strategy for payments, ensuring decision-makers across our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) segments recognize the value of our payment processes.
You will
- Lead the product marketing strategy for payments & partnerships, shaping how we position our end-to-end settlement solutions for lodging and meetings across markets.
- Translate complex payment processes and innovations into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both decision-makers and users.
- Bridge commercial goals and technical systems with a unified marketing vision that highlights payments as the critical final step in the end-to-end journey, driving measurable business impact.
This is a pivotal role in establishing a scalable, data-informed, and cohesive GTM foundation for the payment segment — in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Corporate Marketing teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy: Define and lead the go-to-market for Payments across lodging and meetings, positioning payments as the final step in the booking-to-reimburse journey across our platforms, tailored to our segmentation.
Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated messaging that communicates the value of secure, automated, policy-compliant payments — including fraud controls, invoice accuracy, reconciliation, data visibility and vat reclaim — reflecting the technical innovation behind HRS Copilot. Enablement: Equip Sales, Customer Success, and Partners with materials, training, demos, and positioning to win multi-stakeholder deals (Travel, Procurement, Finance/AP) and clearly show the booking → payment → reimburse flow. Campaigns: Plan and execute cross-channel lifecycle and demand generation campaigns that drive payment attach and usage across geographies, in collaboration with corporate marketing. Content: Build and manage impactful assets — thought leadership, digital content, case studies, use cases, product guides, webinars — tailored to decision-makers in lodging and meetings. Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with Product, Sales, Risk/Compliance, Finance Ops, Data, and Integrations to ensure launches and GTM are scalable, consistent, and effective across platforms. Competitive Intelligence: Provide insights on market trends, regulations, buyer needs, and competitor moves in corporate payments to sharpen positioning and inform the innovation roadmap. Reporting: Track attach rate, adoption, payment success/authorization rates, invoice match rate, time-to-reconcile, and revenue contribution; gather feedback and continuously optimize.
