Head Swim Instructor - Fall

What You’ll Be Doing

• Teaching swim lessons for kids and adults at all levels, whether they’re just starting or perfecting their skills.
• Working with the Aquatics Manager to solve challenges and improve teaching techniques.
• Supporting and mentoring other instructors by giving helpful feedback during visits.
• Covering classes when needed, because teamwork makes the dream work.
• Helping out with staff meetings and training sessions to keep our team top-notch.
• Training new instructors on our curriculum so they’re ready to dive in.
• Conducting water interviews to help recruit great new instructors.

What You Need to Bring

• National Lifeguard Certification
• Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level C
• Bonus: Competitive swimming experience is a plus!
