Role Overview

This role is responsible for driving growth and success across a portfolio of emerging Rocket Growth sellers focusing on SMB Seller Growth & Success. You will combine data-driven insights, seller engagement strategies, educational initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to improve seller performance, retention, and program adoption. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, customer-obsessed, and passionate about helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses through scalable solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Own growth outcomes for a portfolio of Rocket Growth sellers by driving sales, assortment expansion, selection quality, and operational performance improvements.
  • Analyze seller performance, business trends, and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and deliver data-driven recommendations that accelerate seller success.
  • Drive seller adoption, retention, and engagement across Rocket Growth programs, tools, and capabilities through targeted growth strategies and lifecycle management.
  • Design, execute, and optimize scalable growth initiatives, educational programs, and enablement campaigns that increase seller performance across large seller populations.
  • Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and experimentation methodologies to measure growth, adoption, retention, and overall business impact while continuously improving program effectiveness.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Business Development teams to remove seller friction, influence roadmap priorities, and improve the end-to-end seller experience.
  • Represent the voice of emerging sellers across the organization while leveraging automation, self-service tools, and scalable mechanisms to drive long-term growth and operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

  • 15–20 years of experience in seller management
  • Proven track record of building brands and securing high-impact media visibility.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Background in corporate communications is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • E-commerce or marketplace & platform businesses is a plus.
  • Working experience in a multinational company with exposure to Asia
