Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during clear aligner consultations by explaining treatment plans, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Provide patients with clear, empathetic guidance on treatment options, costs, and procedures.
• Act as the primary liaison between patients and clinical staff for clear aligner cases.
• Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and ensure treatment milestones are met.
• Deliver educational materials and presentations to patients about clear aligner therapy.
• Answer patient questions regarding aligner usage, maintenance, and progress tracking.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Coordinate with reception and nursing staff to streamline patient flow.
• Previous experience in dental or healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex treatment plans in a patient-friendly manner.
• Organizational skills for scheduling and record management.
• Interest in orthodontics and patient care excellence.
