Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying potential clients to support our sales pipeline. Your contribution will directly impact company growth by connecting us with the right prospects at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, databases, and other online sources
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospects
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand them over to sales
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve targeting strategies
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and track performance metrics
• Test new approaches to increase response and conversion rates

Requirements

• Previous experience in lead generation, sales development, or similar role
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and outreach platforms
• Ability to research and understand different industries
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B services or IT industry
• Knowledge of email automation tools
• Basic understanding of sales processes
