Compensation

• We’ll pay you an hourly wage of $16.00/hour .
• We are open from 5am - 10pm on the weekdays. Seeking Opening and Mid-day shifts, along with flexible Weekend
• We are open from 7am - 8pm on the weekends.

About the Job

We need you to fill the role of Welcome Desk, Weekend Shifts. This is a part-time, non-exempt position. You’ll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities:

• Provide Excellent Customer Service and Administrative duties
• Greet members and guests when they arrive and leave
• Answer and manage the primary Shalom Austin telephone line
• Register members and guests for programs
• Assist members with policies and procedures
• Manage Member payment updates at check in and over the phone
• Help set up tours
• Help guests transition to new memberships
• Stock, clean and straighten the welcome desk, living room, J Cafe and courtyard
• Be informed about campus events and changes on campus
• Help other member experience departments as needed

Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma.
• Possess flexibility, multi-tasking, and customer service skills.
• Pass all required criminal history background checks (which may, depending on the position you are hired for, include an FBI fingerprint check).
