What you´ll do Business Leadership role focused on near-term planning, execution, and day-to-day performance of the segment. Includes financial performance, operational optimization, cost management, business planning and forecasting, implementation of: pricing, profitability, portfolio management, business improvement initiatives, and supply chain efficiency/effectiveness. Helps to drive all go-to-market initiatives. Deliver Financial performance of the segment. Manages the Business from a day-to-day tactical perspective. Execution of Business Plans – drives Go-To-Market tactics. Drive Innovation pipeline – ADP process. Pricing, Product, and Portfolio Management initiatives. Supply chain and AO planning and execution. Optimization of cost contributors (freight, Raw materials, Manufacturing, etc.). Develop high-level relationships with customers. Implement and drive KSIs. Project Management of segment initiatives. Work with suppliers and OEM’s to create competitive advantage. Day to day interaction with AE, BD, Sales, and KAM for the segment. Drive customer experience for the segment. Supports Mexico and Channels for Segment specific issues.
