We are looking for a highly skilled, passionate, and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team .Sous Chef is reporting to the Executive Chef /Chef De cuisine, the Sous Chef will play a key role in managing day-to-day kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence, food quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

The position will be responsible for supervising and motivating the culinary team, coordinating food preparation and service, maintaining consistency in recipes and presentation, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations during both regular and high-volume services. The Sous Chef will also support menu development, food cost and wastage control, inventory management, HACCP and food safety compliance, and the training and development of culinary colleagues.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent culinary knowledge, a passion for innovation, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment while consistently maintaining the highest professional and brand standards.
