About The Role

  1. 参与生物大分子药物制剂研发工作，包括不局限于创新生物药成药性分析、制剂剂型选择、处方筛选、包材选型、工艺开发等，并转移至放大生产研制出高质量且稳定的生物制剂；
  2. 配合项目协调人及主管安排，协助完成项目申报资料撰写，为产品注册工作提供支持。
  3. 全日制硕士研究生学历（具有相关工作经验），药物制剂、生物制药、生物工程等相关专业，英语6级以上；
  4. 熟悉生物制剂研发仪器、设备操作；
  5. 具备良好的科研思路、中英文文献的阅读能力、创新能力和项目管理能力；
  6. 具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力，工作踏实、认真负责。
