About The Role

  1. 负责生物大分子药物细胞培养工艺开发、中试放大、培养基开发、细胞培养工艺表征研究等；
  2. 负责根据项目进展撰写、整理项目申报资料及其他相关文件；
  3. 必要时担任项目协调人进行项目研发全生命周期的协调管理工作，负责项目组内成员的实验安排和进度管理，确保项目既定时间内、预算内完成；
  4. 开发大分子生物药物细胞培养新技术，完成研发到生产规模放大过程中的技术转移；担任培训讲师，对其他员工提供专业的内部培训，促进科室人员梯队建设；
  5. 积极主动与公司内外部密切合作，高效完成任务，与部门上级保持一致，成为强有力的项目执行者和推进者。
  6. 全日制4年制本科及以上学历，硕士研究生优先考虑，细胞生物学、生物化学、生物制药、生物工程等相关专业，英语4级以上，6级优先考虑；
  7. 具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力、创新能力、团队协作能力等；
  8. 具备良好的科研思路，良好的文献阅读能力。
