About The Role

  1. 参与从采集数据到模型微调、再到仿真与真机评测的数据验证闭环，对每批采集数据出具可训性报告，给出任务成功率及与基线数据的对比；
  2. 复现并跑通开源 VLA 基线（π0、GR00T、RDT 等），建立标准微调配方与可复现的评测协议；
  3. 参与数据消融与规模化实验，量化多样性、数量、人类第一视角数据与遥操作数据配比的边际训练价值；
  4. 参与数据可执行性硬验收标准（逆运动学可解率、自碰撞、关节限位、轨迹平滑度）的制定；
  5. 把模型失败模式的分析转化为数据缺口清单，反向推动采集规范与硬件迭代。
  • 1、2027 届硕士或博士，机器人学习、计算机视觉或机器学习方向；
  • 2、熟练使用 PyTorch，独立跑通过至少一个模仿学习或 VLA 训练管线（ACT、Diffusion Policy、π0、GR00T、RDT 任一），有微调与评测实操；
  • 3、具备机器人学基础：末端位姿与关节角动作空间、逆运动学、坐标变换；
  • 4、有严谨的实验设计与消融分析能力，结论可复现、报告写作清晰；
  • 5、能流畅阅读英文论文并复现最新工作；有真机或仿真平台（Isaac Lab、MuJoCo）使用经历者优先。
  • 加分项
  • 1、发表过机器人学习相关论文；
  • 2、有 LeRobot 等开源生态贡献；
  • 3、有 UMI 生态实操经验；
  • 4、有灵巧手动作重定向经验。
