About The Role

  • 1.负责前沿VLA 模型的架构剖析、微调与落地；
  • 2.针对具体真实/仿真场景，完成数据适配、SFT/RL 微调及端侧部署优化；
  • 3.参与具身智能后训练平台的建设，负责任务配置、资源调度、任务队列、日志监控、模型仓库及评估入口的开发；
  • 4.探索将世界生成模型与 VLA 融为一体的技术架构，实现动作序列预测与状态生成的端对端展开。
  • 1.计算机科学、人工智能、机器人学、自动化、软件工程、数学等相关专业在校生（本科及以上学历，硕士/博士优先）；
  • 2.熟练掌握 Python，熟悉 PyTorch 框架，具备扎实的算法与数据结构基础；
  • 3.熟悉 Transformer、VLM、Diffusion Model / Flow Matching 等生成模型底层原理；
  • 4.熟练使用 Isaac Lab、Isaac Sim、MuJoCo 或 Robosuite/RoboCasa 等物理仿真平台；
  • 5.了解机器人运动学/动力学，熟悉开源 VLA或 Diffusion Policy 调优经验者优先。
  • 6.在 ICRA、IROS、RSS、CoRL、CVPR、NeurIPS、ICLR 等机器人/AI 顶级会议上发表过论文者优先；
  1. 在Github 等代码仓库上开源有一定影响力工具、系统者优先。
